|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I've lived in the apartments and town houses. While the buildings are older, the office and maintenance team works really hard on keeping the place looking good.
Kathy is an excellent property manager and Jay from maintenance does a great job, all of them do, but I'm horrible with names -sorry team .
Even when I have an issue and state that it's not a rush urgent - they are usually at my place fixing the issue either on the same day or early the next.
I really enjoy living here.

|Recommended: YesFeels like home — My kids and I recently moved into stonepoint apartments on 10 15 and the entire transition was very smooth. Kathy and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance team moves quickly with repairs which is so comforting.

|Recommended: YesThank you, Kathy — Kathy and her team have been a God send From the application to move in- the process was seamless and accommodating to my needs as I transitioned to a new State. The location of the property is perfect. My home town pharmacy and grocery store were a priority for me and they were extremely close. The Y being next door is perfect I love this 1 bedroom w a den. Perfect for my hybrid work position.

|Recommended: YesQuiet Place to Stay — Overall rating would receive 5 if on-site washer and dryers were updated included a coin machine, unfortunately the older machines provided leave lint on clothing after washes
- Would be nicer if closets at entrance had optional washer dryer hookups or stacked washer dryers.
Grounds cleanliness would have higher rating, but dog owners are getting too comfortable with picking up after their dogs, even tossing the bags randomly in the trash where it lays on the ground. Overall the site stays very clean.
Would have been very nice to have an area on lawn fenced for kids to play or a seated area for adults with benches one building has access to these amenities, not all with the other half possibly for the dogs. All buildings do not have balconies, making it harder to share a space to relax outdoors.
